In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, SareesBazaar recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error
- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.
- Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.
- Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.
- Send your best fitting garment as sample.
- Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR ANY OTHER ISSUES

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that SareesBazaar may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

All defective products being returned to SareesBazaar shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier. DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from SareesBazaar for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, SareesBazaar does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product. The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that SareesBazaar shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to us over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same are to be borne by the customer entirely.

Safe receipt of defective product by SareesBazaar is sole responsibility of the customer

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then SareesBazaar shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when the original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, SareesBazaar may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.

Please note that STITCHED GOODS, MADE TO ORDER (Men's wear) & CUSTOM MADE products are neither accepted nor replaced. We provide genuine quality products so if you don't like them, it won't be returnable.

Additionally, designs, colors and patterns of actual products may slightly vary from designs shown in the image. Images are only representative. For jewellery pieces, color and texture of items shown on the website may have slight variations. This happens because of photography.

Refunds shall not be processed (fully or partially) for any order wherein benefits of ongoing promotional offers are availed. The same amount shall be kept as store credit with SareesBazaar, which can be redeemed in future.

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IF FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:
- Product should be unused
- Product should not be tampered or damaged by you
- Product should not be from made to order category
- Product should be returned to our admin address within 7 days of receiving confirmation from SareesBazaar
