  • We offer delivery of our products across the globe. To avoid any delivery confusions, we request you to kindly specify the complete shipping address with proper pin code/zip code. In India, we offer free shipping.
  • Please note that our courier partners DHL, FedEx, TNT, Aramex etc. will drop your shipment either at your door or will leave a card behind in case if you are not available at home. Usually most of the shipping partners attempt deliveries 2-3 times but in exceptional cases, if you are unreachable then you need to get in touch with them and reschedule the delivery of your shipment.
  • Generally deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays but sometimes on special request, you can co-ordinate with local office of shipping partner to organize the delivery on Saturdays.
  • Once the order has been dispatched from our end, we’ll send a confirmation email with the tracking link so that you can track your shipment at your end. Please note that tracking numbers might take around 24 business hours to get updated on the shipping partner’s website.
  • The shipping time for unstitched products is around 10 working days & if you’ve opted for stitching services, then the dispatch time of your order may vary. For priority order deliveries, please get in touch with us on our customer care numbers.
  • Approximate Time to Ship:
    The estimated time to ship a product is mentioned on the individual product pages. We strive to offer accurate estimates to give you an idea of when to expect your order. However, please be aware that these times are approximate and subject to change based on product availability and any customizations.
  • Please Note:
    Our custom-made products, including heavy made-to-order lehengas and made-to-order men's wear, may require additional time for production. Kindly reach out to us before placing your order if you have a specific delivery date.
  • Maximum Shipping Time:
    When you place an order with multiple products, each with its own estimated time to ship, we consider the product with the longest shipping duration as the maximum time to ship the entire order. This ensures that you receive your complete order within the most extended time frame mentioned among the products in your order.
  • Different Types of Products:
    Please note that different types of products may have varying availability durations. When you order a mix of products with different shipping times, the maximum estimated shipping time will apply to your entire order.
  • Split Shipments:
    When you place an order with two or more items at SareesBazar, please be aware that you may receive your items in multiple boxes and on different days.
  • Multiple Deliveries:
    As a result of split shipments, you may receive more than one delivery of your order. Each package will contain the items that are ready for shipment at that time. Rest assured, you will receive all the items you ordered within a reasonable time frame.
